1967, with the main task to provide
the mexican consumers with an accessible source
of nutritional foods, we established Industrial
de Alimentos, S. A. and selected the Soybean as our raw material to obtain
vegetable protein and its derivatives.
We are the pioneers of soy foods in Mexico, with more than 30 years of experience. We have developed the largest share of the soy foods market and are the leaders in Mexico. We belong to an Industrial group, who produces raw material and ingredients for the food industry. Specialized on high quality food products. Some of our most important products are, textured soy protein and soy flours, PROTOVEG®, PRONUTRI®, S.H.T.®, y S.H.®, fortified breakfast cereals, RIKI-ROZ®, Pearled Barley PERLINA®, enzyme active malt, rice and wheat flours, , IDEA® and fortified blends for the bakery industry like ALILAC®, IDELAC® among others. We also have contract spray drying of corn syrup, malt extracts, honey and tomato paste and contract blending of infant and baby formula combinations. The food industry
